Deutsche Bank signs agreement with SANNE to sell its trust business in Japan

Tokyo – Deutsche Bank Group in Japan ("Deutsche Bank") today announced the sale of 100% shares of Deutsche Trust Company Limited Japan ("Deutsche Trust Japan") which provides Trust and Agency Services business, to SANNE Group Japan KK. ("SANNE Japan").  The transaction is expected to be completed by September 30th 2020 and Deutsche Trust will change company name and continue to operate its trust business under "SANNE Group Japan Trust Company".

Tamio Honma, Chief Country Officer Japan, at Deutsche Bank, said:
